Job Description:
A company is looking for a HRIS Data Operations Analyst II to
provide client operational support and lead HRIS projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support services to clients,
including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Collaborate with Implementation & Client Management teams to
enhance client processes during implementation and ongoing
support
Translate, process, and maintain HRIS client data, ensuring
deadlines are met across the client base
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience working with HRIS data
Experience in customer interaction via calls and email
Knowledge of external HRIS systems like ADP, Workday, and UKG
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Data analysis skills
