Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Renewals Representative to
manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely contract
renewals
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to reduce churn
and identify upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasts and manage customer issues for prompt
resolution
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and renewals
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and
deadlines
Experience using Salesforce.com for managing leads and renewals
pipeline
Strong negotiation abilities and result-oriented mindset
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and
partners
