They're looking for people with experience doing finely detailed work - such as jewelry making or using power toolsA manufacturing company of circuit boards is looking to add a couple of members to their close-knit inspection team. This company has been around for 20+ and their circuit boards are used for defense, automotive, computing, and other electronics. The work is very rewarding because their circuit boards are used in state-of-the-art submarines, aircraft and missile systems.This full-time Manufacturing Quality Inspector offers multiple shifts along with a handful of things such as competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities for growth!Manufacturing Quality Inspector Job Duties:Perform inspections on products in-process and/or in final stage to ensure the product meets customers' requirements as well as quality standards.Identify product defects and make pass/fail decisions based on established procedures and standardsComplete paperwork/documentation processes that may include measurements and valuesAbility to work under a microscope and utilize basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges)Manufacturing Quality Inspector Requirements: Strong attention to detailAbility to work under a microscope and utilize basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges)Ability to produce quality work under pressureBasic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 30 lbsSchedule: Multiple Shifts1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm3rd Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:30am***Initial hours are on 1st shift Mon-Fri 7 AM- 3:30 PM-After several months of initial training you will switch to the normal shift timesPay: $20/hr base bay (+ $2-3/hr for shift differential)Benefits offered upon permanent hire include:Medical, Vision, and DentalPTO Program (15 days, annual accrual)8 Company Holidays with an additional 2 Floating HolidaysQuarterly bonus programTuition reimbursementBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD and DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan Location: Littleton, COApplication Deadline: This position accepts applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until the job posting is removed.
