Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Technology Lead to align ad tech strategy with marketing goals, ensuring seamless platform integration and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage and optimize marketing technologies, establish and oversee service level agreements (SLAs), and collaborate with vendors to enhance platform capabilities while driving cost and resource efficiency. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with IT, ad operations, and procurement teams to maintain streamlined workflows, foster strategic vendor partnerships, and support the evolution of digital marketing initiatives through cutting-edge technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the digital marketing and IT teams to identify technology needs, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the ad tech stack aligns with marketing goals and campaign objectives
  • Platform Integration and Optimization: Manage the integration and or operation of ad tech tools in the marketing ecosystem, ensuring technical compatibility, operational efficiency, and optimal campaign performance (Invoca, Adobe CDP, Flashtalking, Unbounce, The Trade Desk, etc..)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish and monitor SLAs with vendors, ensuring high levels of service reliability and responsiveness to operational requirements
  • Operational Support and Troubleshooting: Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any technical or service issues, ensuring platforms operate seamlessly within campaign workflows. (Invoca, Adobe CDP, Flashtalking, Unbounce, The Trade Desk, etc..)
  • Platform Enhancements: Collaborate with vendors to explore feature enhancements, ensuring tools evolve to meet emerging marketing and business requirements
  • Cost and Resource Optimization: Regularly assess vendor services and platform performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational alignment with budget goals
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, procurement, and other internal teams to maintain cohesive, well-supported workflows and integrate vendor tools with broader company objectives
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key vendors, building long-term relationships that support digital innovation and growth
    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, STEM degrees preferred
    • 3+ years of working experience in any industry
    • Experience in digital media or ad operations; familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager) and programmatic tools (e.g., Flashtalking) is beneficial
      Skills and Qualifications:
      • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect discrepancies in campaign data to maintain smooth operations
      • Organizational Skills: Highly skilled in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with effective time management
      • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with tracking tags, and basic SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
      • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients
      • Problem-Solving: Quick, effective solutions for campaign-related issues
      • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis to support informed adjustments and improvements
      • Team Collaboration: Strong team player, contributing to knowledge sharing and collective success
        Salary Ranges

        Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

        The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

        Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
