* Colorado medical license (MD or DO) and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine.
* Current DEA Certificate, Suboxone DEA, and CPR/ACLS certifications-or readiness to obtain these quickly upon joining.
* Experience in managing diverse patient needs, including those with addiction or severe mental health conditions.
* Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus to effectively serve a diverse community.
