Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote School Social Worker in
Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual assessments and provide counseling services to
students
Develop and implement individualized support plans for students
facing emotional or social challenges
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to address
student needs
Required Qualifications
Current Virginia Social Work licensure (LCSW, LCSW-C, or
equivalent)
Previous experience working as a social worker in a school or
educational setting (virtual experience preferred)
Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Capability to maintain confidentiality in a remote environment
