Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and jointly accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. Degree. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado. Must have a valid non-restricted driver's license. Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
