Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OSS Order
Management Architect to lead the design, development, and
implementation of end-to-end software solutions. As a key member of
our Agile development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
the future of our order management systems.
Technical Leadership:
- Architect the Future: Own the technical vision and architecture
of the order management domain, aligning with business
objectives
- Drive Innovation: Lead the adoption of cloud-native
technologies, microservices, and AI to build scalable, resilient,
and intelligent solutions
- Mentor and Develop: Foster a culture of innovation and
excellence by mentoring and guiding a team of engineers
Domain Expertise:
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of order
management processes and telecommunications OSS/BSS functions
- Business-Technology Alignment: Translate complex business
requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Leverage AI: Utilize AI and ML techniques to optimize order
management processes and improve customer experience
Problem-Solving and Innovation:
- Solve Complex Challenges: Identify and resolve complex
technical issues, such as performance bottlenecks and integration
problems
- Drive Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for
process improvement and automation, leveraging emerging
technologies like AI and ML

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and/or supporting
OSS platforms, with a focus on order management (COM/SOM)
- Wireless experience is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions using
Agile methodologies
- Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficiency in cloud-native
technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes), and serverless computing (Lambda)
- Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices
architecture and API design principles
- Data Technologies: Experience with relational and NoSQL
databases, data modeling, and data integration techniques
- Workflow Orchestration: Strong knowledge of BPMN and workflow
orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow)
- AI and ML: Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and tools (e.g.,
TensorFlow, PyTorch) to drive automation and intelligent
decision-making.
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and
infrastructure as code
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and
resolve complex technical challenges
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills
and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team
members
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and
technologies
- Continuous Learning: A passion for learning and staying
up-to-date with industry trends
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,
skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's
location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen,
which may include a drug test and DMV check.
