A company is looking for a Director of Construction Claims
Services for the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in delivering claims consulting services for public and
private sector projects
Implement high technical standards for service delivery and oversee
reporting standards
Manage financial performance and coordinate with various
stakeholders to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management,
Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Extensive experience in project controls, CPM scheduling, delay
analysis, and dispute resolution
Proven track record in growing and leading successful consulting
teams
Experience with financial performance management, including revenue
and profitability
Ability to operate independently and demonstrate strong
organizational skills
