Responsibilities:

--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers


Qualifications:

--- Tech savvy
--- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Must live within 25 minutes of the Southeast area of Metro Denver to serve the leads we provide (SE Denver, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, SE Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton)
--- MUST HAVE a current, valid Real Estate license. 1+ years of experience is preferred. We are not able to bring agents on that are not currently licensed.
