Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to
deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers through phone and email inquiries, guiding them
through the sales process
Provide comprehensive information about products and services and
utilize sales techniques to close deals
Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and manage an
engaged pipeline of prospective customers
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales metrics
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
Sales experience in a contact center is a bonus
An entrepreneurial spirit is a plus
