Job Description:
A company is looking for a FEMA Tier 1 Agent to provide customer
service in an emergency contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries related to weather-related emergencies with
professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information to resolve customer questions and
concerns
Maintain knowledge of systems and adapt to changes in
procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must pass a criminal background check
Legally able to work in the United States
Must be a current resident living in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required
Availability to work at least 32 hours per week during specified
hours
