A company is looking for a Growth & Sales Operations Associate
to support its sales pipeline and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support account leads in customer calls and proposal generation
Manage CRM (HubSpot) for customer pipeline and reporting
Identify and establish processes to improve sales efficiency and
scalability
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or
operations within the renewable energy industry
General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle
Experience with CRM customization and management
Ability to analyze business data for growth strategies
Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving business
needs
