Heuser & Heuser, LLP in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required). Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating our services to potential clients. With a competitive hourly salary of $18 - $22, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
--- Processing, screening, and qualifying all new leads.
--- Scheduling appointments for SQLs.
--- Gathering all information concerning prospective and existing clients.
--- Assisting attorneys in opening cases.
--- Assembly of introductory packets for potential clients.
--- Data entry and maintenance for new cases.
--- Represent the Heuser & Heuser brand and sell our services to potential clients via in person, telephone, or Zoom conference, depending on potential client needs.
--- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new clients to meet their needs.
--- Follow up with warm leads through a variety of channels, including phone call, e-mail, and text message.
--- Create detailed reports surrounding client accidents, injuries, and any other necessary details provided by the client for use by the legal team.
--- Communicate clearly between various levels of the organization, from reception to attorney.

Qualifications:
--- 3+ years of sales experience in a service industry.
--- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage both internal team interactions and external client communications, especially in challenging or sensitive situations.
--- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing, and other platforms used in our business operations.
--- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills to excel in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
--- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is highly preferred to effectively serve our diverse community.
