A company is looking for a Director of Fleet Truck Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of underwriters to achieve revenue and profit targets
Drive profitable growth by developing new offerings and expanding appetite
Collaborate with strategic business partners and refine underwriting guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field
Specialized insurance industry training, such as CPCU or ARM
10+ years of experience in transportation underwriting
3+ years in a management position
Advanced knowledge of commercial property and casualty underwriting concepts
