Job Description:

A company is looking for an AI Systems Analyst focused on Customer Experience Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Document friction points in self-service channels and identify opportunities for new features
Collaborate with designers to develop user-friendly conversational flows
Integrate workflow automation into conversational experiences for better self-service

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in conversational flow design (e.g., Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Nuance Mix)
Hands-on experience with NLU models
Competency in analyzing self-service platform performance and identifying improvement areas
Background in customer service or contact center environments
Familiarity with global operations and cross-cultural, cross-time zone collaboration
