Job Description:
A company is looking for a 401(k) Plan Conversion Analyst to
implement retirement plans and manage conversion data.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee system setup of new retirement clients and manage the
transfer of plan assets
Load and update conversion data in recordkeeping systems,
identifying missing or incomplete data
Coordinate with internal departments to implement clients and
assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
4+ years of experience in defined contribution plans, preferably in
conversion or plan administration
Experience with Relius Recordkeeping System
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with project management tools and collaboration across
departments
