Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Contracting Analyst to manage and
negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company
policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate contracts to align with business needs and
legal standards
Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on
contractual matters
Assist in maintaining a contract repository and monitor critical
contract terms
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
5 to 7 years of experience in legal contract matters, contract
management, or business negotiations
Experience in managing vendor contracts, including Master Services
Agreements and SaaS Licensing Agreements
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in developing and documenting standardized processes is
a plus
