Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst IV to support
leadership by analyzing business processes and systems for
improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a systems administrator and subject matter expert for
business systems
Conduct audits and evaluations of business processes to enhance
operational efficiencies
Develop and manage ad-hoc reports to identify trends and support
operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Seven (7) plus years' experience in business operations and
software solutions
Healthcare industry experience required
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum product development
team
Strong understanding of complex systems with multiple software
dependencies
