Job Description:
A company is looking for a Career Records Analyst to support the
Career Services department in managing alumni records and
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the distribution and collection of the Alumni File
Information Form for prospective graduates
Serve as a liaison between students, alumni, and career readiness
resources
Assist in developing career readiness content and promote it
through various channels
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in career services, recruiting, or
outside sales
Experience working with clients/students from diverse
backgrounds
