Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Technician to provide
internal end-user support and account administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and troubleshooting for laptops, mobile devices,
printers, and peripherals
Install and configure software and assist in user account
provisioning and maintenance
Perform imaging, repairs, and maintenance of desktops and mobile
workstations
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in the field or a related career
Experience supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows
10/11)
Basic networking knowledge, including DNS and DHCP
Proficient in supporting desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware IT
support
