Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support using established runbooks
Participate in release and deployment activities
Monitor daily production operations and health checks
Required Qualifications and Education
2 - 3 years of experience in a production support role, such as
Site Reliability Engineer
Experience with deployment automation tools and
scripting/automation
Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations
Knowledge of change management processes and compliance
requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Maths, Science, or a
technology-related major preferred
