Job Description:
A company is looking for an L1 IT Support Technician to provide
technical support and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support to users, addressing queries and
issues
Log, dispatch, track, escalate, and follow up on support
tickets
Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation for IT support
resources
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in remote IT support or a similar
role
Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services and Google
Workspace
Hands-on experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active
Directory)
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and basic networking
concepts
