Key Responsibilities

Enter and verify data accuracy in database software
Resolve discrepancies and obtain information for incomplete documents
Record notes and classify requests throughout the request life cycle

Required Qualifications

Typing speed of 40 words per minute
High-speed internet connection
Goal-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed
Computer literacy and familiarity with various software programs
Ability to work under time constraints
