Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Executive to manage
client relationships and ensure exceptional service and
support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and execute Customer Account Plans to identify growth
opportunities and manage client satisfaction
Conduct monthly Operations Reviews and facilitate Business Review
Meetings to strengthen client relationships
Proactively identify service issues and ensure service delivery
aligns with contractual agreements
Required Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management and service
delivery
Strong analytical skills for assessing account performance and
KPIs
Knowledge of financial reporting and contract management
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients
effectively
Experience in identifying business expansion opportunities
