Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner for
a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial
properties
Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring a high
level of expertise
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and verify
legal descriptions of properties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
10+ years of directly related experience
Strong knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title
orders
Strong MS skill set
