Job Description:
A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative to assist
hospitals in resolving accounts related to accidents.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a queue of Third-Party Liability accounts
Contact patients to obtain accident details and insurance
information
Submit hospital bills to insurance companies and maintain
communication with insurance adjusters and personal injury
attorneys
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum one-year experience in hospital revenue cycle processes
preferred
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing collection
practices
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Dependable with strong organizational skills
