A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customer service team members in responding to inquiries
Evaluate information to address customer comments or complaints
Maintain records of communication and track unresolved
complaints
Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in customer service or administrative role
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Experience in data integrity and communication management
Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
