Job Description:
A company is looking for an English/ASL Customer Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through various communication methods,
including voice and video calls, email, and instant messaging
Handle inquiries, complaints, and technical support while ensuring
customer satisfaction
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and maintain
relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
Fluency in spoken English and American Sign Language
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years or more of professional customer-facing experience
Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Central
Time Zone, Monday through Friday
Proficiency with computers and video technology
