A company is looking for a Senior Tools Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirements from Operations and communicate them to
cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to drive
alignment on business goals
Champion continuous improvement and drive adoption of Lean and
Agile methodologies
Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
10 years of experience in operations, with at least 6 years in
process improvement
Strong data-driven analytical abilities and experience in quality
assurance processes
Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and
influence others
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal
direction
