Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional to analyze and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and recommend best practices for clinical and nonclinical team processes
Oversee the maintenance and governance of the Clinical Operations SharePoint site
Analyze operational processes to ensure compliance with governing and NCQA requirements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or 5 years of clinical process improvement and quality experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other virtual platforms
Experience in creating data presentations and maintaining SharePoint sites
Minimum 2 years of Medicare/Medicaid or Healthcare experience in Utilization Management
Knowledge of project and process methodologies preferred
