Job Description:
A company is looking for a Formulary Lead, Implementation to
manage formulary updates and client implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and coordinate client implementation assignments and
create presentation materials
Operationalize formulary information from various sources and
manage formulary document creation
Review, assign, and monitor tasks related to formulary change
requests and new client implementations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; additional education
preferred
Pharmacy Technician certification required
2-5 years of experience with formulary information required
Specialized knowledge of PBM practices and pharmacy operations
required
Experience with formulary setup and maintenance required
