Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate to assist
members in navigating the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with healthcare questions and issues via phone
Verify and update demographic information in the appropriate
system
Research and resolve program quality issues while documenting all
findings
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
Ability to pass standardized interview and job-related testing
Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required based on
assignment
