Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Benefits Solutions to
join their Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate employee benefits plans and vendors to ensure
competitive offerings
Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs while
negotiating with vendors
Analyze current benefits and provide customer service support to
internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or Benefit Design
and Implementation
Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
Ability to understand and evaluate proposals (RFPs) and benefits
contract language
Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance
with regulations
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
