Lead for Rare Diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive commercialization strategies
based on market insights
Ensure cross-functional launch excellence and market readiness
through project management
Advocate for local market needs in lifecycle management and
resource allocation
Qualifications
Degree in business, science, or a related discipline; advanced
degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, or
commercial roles with P&L responsibility
Experience in both global and local roles; European experience
preferred
Proven track record of influencing without authority and building
relationships
Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
