Job Description:
A company is looking for an Image Analysis Scientist III.
Key Responsibilities
Implement scripts and pipelines for high-plex PhenoCycler Fusion
image analysis
Perform end-to-end high-plex image analysis including tissue
classification and cell segmentation
Collaborate with pathologists and present findings from spatial
proteomics studies
Required Qualifications
MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in biological sciences, engineering,
computer science, or informatics
5-7 years of experience in high-plex image analysis
Fluency in Python and R Studio
Experience with quantitative digital pathology analysis platforms
such as Halo, Visiopharm, or QuPath
Familiarity with tissue microscopic anatomy and histology is a
plus
