Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investigations professional to
conduct comprehensive investigations of possible violations of
rules and federal commodities laws.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive investigations of potential violations under
supervision
Gather evidence through correspondence and testimony from various
parties
Document investigative strategies, steps, and results, including
referrals to Enforcement and outside agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in the
commodities/financial services industry
Proficient in investigative, organizational, and decision-making
capabilities
Ability to independently initiate and complete complex
investigations
Experience in developing policies and goals for Market
Regulation
Ability to anticipate and serve internal/external customer
needs
