Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Support Specialist to
support existing clients with operational inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Service client needs via inbound/outbound calls and email
inquiries
Liaise with clients, Wealth Advisors, Operations Team, and
broker-dealer custodian
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services
Strong understanding of operational and investment needs of
customers
Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account
operations
