Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day support for the Sales team, including sales
enablement and data management
Drive reporting and analysis to provide insights into sales and
marketing performance
Oversee CRM administration and manage Growth Operations projects
for process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in Operations Leadership or related
fields
2+ years of experience in a Growth Operations-focused role
Experience with CRM or database management technology
Demonstrated history of leadership through influence
