Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support professional to
provide technical assistance and support to remote clients.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with end users to resolve complex system issues and
provide technical guidance
Coordinate installation, movement, and changes of integrated
equipment and systems
Maintain documentation of systems software and hardware, and
recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
Ability to work with remote clients
Experience troubleshooting printers and network issues
Familiarity with Dell BIOS menu and One Time Boot menu
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and application
installation/repair
Experience with rebuilding Windows profiles and backing up data
