Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support representative to
provide excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients through various communication channels
Troubleshoot technical issues and manage service requests
Document activities in the ticketing system and escalate complex
issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or
client relations
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends
Experience with ticketing systems and technical troubleshooting
Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
