Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Workers Compensation
Return to Work Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist injured employees in returning to work safely and
promptly
Prepare and present modified duty offers to injured workers
Monitor recovery progress and manage intake of Self-Care Triage
claims
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor's degree in business or risk management-related field or
equivalent experience
2-4 years of direct experience managing workers compensation
claims
Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and state safety
statutes
OSHA certification preferred, but not required; may complete within
the first year of employment
