Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Service Designer who combines
analytical and imaginative skills to drive impactful change for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to address client challenges and opportunities
in customer and employee experience
Advocate for users and iterate on experiences and journey maps
based on client feedback
Design materials for client workshops and deliver work in journey
maps and service design blueprints
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant consulting, agency, or startup experience
Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and insightful
recommendations
Experience with transformation initiatives involving process and
technology implementation
Bachelor's Degree
