Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renovation Advisor (Loan Officer) to
assist homeowners with renovation loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Call homeowners who have requested information about renovation
loans
Assist homeowners in finding financing solutions for their
renovation projects
Manage the renovation loan process from initial outreach to
closing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent lending/real estate experience
Active NMLS License
2+ years as a licensed mortgage loan originator
Insatiable hunger to learn and master new concepts
Experience working within a CRM-centered sales process, preferably
Salesforce
