Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time People & Culture
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring
managers on talent needs
Oversee the Co-op program and act as the main point of contact for
Co-op students
Support HR operations, employee engagement activities, and training
programs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR or a people-focused role
Experience in employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, or
managing HR processes
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Bamboo, Runn,
Greenhouse, and Jira
Strong organizational skills to handle various HR tasks
efficiently
