Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor to provide
mental health counseling to corporate clients in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions to address client
issues
Ensure client safety and appropriate referrals for long-term
treatment
Maintain documentation and manage caseload effectively
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Independent clinical license
Experience in providing direct clinical services and
solution-focused therapy
Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
High-speed internet and a quiet home office setup
