Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join
their customer service team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customer service team members in responding to inquiries
Maintain detailed records of communication and track unresolved
complaints
Provide detailed information for business reviews and direct issues
to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative
role
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP
Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
Experience in data integrity and communication management
