Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support its legal
operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist corporate attorneys with legal work and act as a liaison
between various stakeholders
Manage contract administration processes, including drafting,
negotiating, and reviewing contracts
Conduct legal research and assist with special projects and
compliance support
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree, associate's degree in paralegal studies, or
equivalent experience
At least 15 years of experience as a paralegal in a high-volume,
regulated environment
Experience with contract management and legal document review
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory concepts, data privacy, and
security
Experience managing repositories and ticketing systems like
DocusignCLM and Jira
