Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Engineer III with expertise
in CICS, MQ, and z/OS Connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer CICS and MQ subsystems across multiple
Sysplexes and CECS
Provide technical direction and education to programming and
support teams
Develop strategies for continuous improvement in performance,
availability, and scalability of CICS and MQ
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7 years of experience with CICS for z/OS or MQ for z/OS
Experience with mainframe tools such as BMC Catalog Manager and IBM
CICS Performance Analyzer
Parallel Sysplex experience in installation and support
Experience with zCEE (zOS Connect Enterprise Edition) is
desired
