A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Ivanti ITSM platform to support IT
service management processes
Integrate Ivanti ITSM with ServiceNow and manage data
synchronization between platforms
Develop workflows and automation rules to enhance ITSM processes
and user experience
Required Qualifications
7 or more years of experience in administering ITSM platforms
4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
ITIL Certification
Certifications in Ivanti and/or ServiceNow administration
Experience with workflow automation tools and integration
platforms
